This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for services, digital products, and physical products provided by The Maya Shaman Team.
2. Services (Healing Sessions & Consultations)
All service bookings are final. Refunds will not be issued for completed sessions. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a reschedule or refund at our discretion.
3. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content (such as meditations, courses, and eBooks), all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
4. Physical Products
Refunds for herbal remedies and other physical products are only issued if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery, with proof (such as photos) to be eligible for a refund.
5. Return Process
To request a refund for a physical product, please contact us at e.knotstherapy@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging, if applicable.
6. Refund Approval and Processing
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Downloaded digital products
- Used or opened natural remedies
- Missed appointments without notice
